Best Army: Grant's Spanish was voted as the best army for its painting, basing and overall composition.

Prizes
There are medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and for the best army. The tournament winner also gets the Pop Gun trophy for the next year.

Tournament scoring: Win 20 points, Draw 5 points, Loss 0 points. Percentage of army losses in ME will be used to rank players on the same score. This is to encourage playing to win, and give some credit to a lost or drawn game where you do a lot of damage to the opponent because this will rank higher than one where you do less damage.

Timetable Games from 9am-1pm and 2-6pm each day.

DBR 2.0 rules with modifications as below, 15mm scale, table size 6x4.

Lists Open competition - any of the published lists may be used.
400AP, Kiwi AP.

Rules modifications

Baggage

• Allied baggage is added to their own command, as per the rules.
• Other baggage is grouped together but not part of any command. It adds its ME to the overall army total. If mobile, it may be moved with the C-in-C's PIPS.

Deployment and starting the game

• Both sides must deploy no closer than 200 paces from the centre line, unless in a fortified BUA.
• Defenders take the first move.

Overhead shooting

• To be a valid target for overhead shooting, an enemy element must be at least a base width beyond any part of an intervening friendly element.

Shot

• Troops classified in the WRG lists as Sh(I) and described as armed with arquebus may be chosen as Arq (O) for 5AP. Range 100p, outcomes as Sh(O). Spanish tercio arquebusiers may be chosen as Arq (S) for 7AP. Range 100p, outcomes as Sh(S).
• Troops classified in the WRG lists as Sh(I) and described as armed with musket may be chosen as Mkt(I) for 5AP. Range 200p, outcomes as Sh(I).
• Troops classified in the WRG lists as Sh(F) and described as armed with musket may be chosen as Mkt(F) for 6AP. Range 200p, outcomes as Sh(F).
